Wow, April has been a busy month here at Chocolate Moosey! In fact, it was so busy the first week with Easter, I didn’t even do a March monthly round-up. The purpose of the round-up is to highlight what I’ve been up to the past month. Let’s get started!

Cadbury Creme Egg Milkshake – chocolate milkshake mixed with homemade fondant creme and topped with a Cadbury Creme Egg. It was also buzzed into Foodbuzz’s Top 9 out of 6,768 posts! Big thank you to all!

I sold these Nutty Oatmeal Ginger Sandwich Cookies inThe Spiffy Cookie’s Virtual Bake Sale to help raise money for The House of Mews. The cookies sold for $40! We raised $890 total for homeless kitties. Thank you to everyone who helped out!

Award-Winning Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes – chocolate cupcakes with a coconut-almond filling topped with coconut milk frosting. I entered these into a cupcake contest and won first place out of 32! Thank you all for your kind words and support throughout this experience :D
